Polyimide film heating pad
Full name "Polyimide film heating pad" can be applied with back adhesive the same as the material of Kapton of DuPont in USA. The PI film heating pad can be used in extreme circumstances as it has passed the test at -240~310°C and is widely applied in the electrical appliances (coping machines, warming boxes, heating devices) and medical applications.
Common terms: PI film heating pad, Kapton film heating pad, Flexible heating element, Super-conductive flexible PI heating pad and Polyimide film.
◎ Features of heating pad
♦ Light-weight, 0.1mm thick.

♦ Flexible. Can be wound and curved with the minimum curve radius about 0.2mm.

♦ Withstand a high temperature up to 200°C continuously for 180,000 hours.

♦ The heating pad can be manufactured into any shape and also pierced with holes of any shape in the middle.
