一、Heating Method

(1)Super conductive, ultra thin and flexible heating element

The super conductive and ultra thin (the minimum bending radius is 1mm and can be closely contacted with any part of multiform heated objects amply) heating element is made of metal heating elements with the function of super conductor. The insulation layer adopts the material of polyester film which can be used to heat floor, ceiling and wall. The surface working temperature is 40 ±5℃. In case of any abnormal condition, it is assured that the surface temperature won’t exceed 80℃. by means of the heating element with a feature of temperature protection, relieving effectively the potential fear of a fire.

(2)Super conductive heating cable

It is a metal heat-radiating element with EVA heatproof material as an insulator, tinned woven copper wire as a shield, and plastic protective band squeezing the formed jacket(CSP), which can create high technology products of specific wave length after plugged in, laid directly on the upper and down concrete floors in order to give warmth.

(3)Super conductive heater

The high-temperature heating device, energized by electricity is usually applicable to the huge and those spaces, such as, commercial buildings, gymnasiums, industrial places, garages, etc. which are very difficult to be supplied with warmth by an ordinary radiator. ØThe ultra thin, flexible and super conductive heating element is located on the coarse wooden material under the existing floor and covered with new material. The floor heating element is bound to the coarse wooden material under the floor by means of adhesive backing, and connected with a transformer.

The heating system of this super conductive heating hot house can make the indoor air reach
18～25℃, which reduces the environment pollution and has no radiation heat to the human body. Furthermore there is no dry feeling to heighten the indoor comfort level in winter along with a function of dehumidification.

(2)This product can be installed in the buildings of house, hotel, small showroom,
     study, classroom, etc.

Assembled into a fixed hot house heating system along with a temperature controller. If the heating elements are divided into several units, other units of heating elements may still be used continuously when the specification of one unit among them is changed. ØIt must be performed by the qualified engineer for the engineering to be under construction. The super conductive heating hothouse system may be installed under various floor materials.

(五)Application Range of Super Conductive Heating
