II. Operating Instructions

• Attach the massager to your body.


• Press the on/off switch for 3 seconds to start or stop the massager.


• The blue light indicates an automatic mode.  The automatic mode will run a complete program of 22 automatic massage modes.


• The red light indicates a manual massage mode.  Clicking will change manual massage mode settings.  (22 different manual massage mode settings are available.)


• Adjust massage intensity by pressing the "+" or "-" key.  (11 different massage intensity levels are available.)


• With the power on, press the heating key to start or stop heating.  The yellow light indicates heating starts or stops
