II. Applicable to those who are

• Office personnel, operators, department store courtesy clerks, hair stylists, delivery drivers, or anyone else who will need one. The waist support pad helps prevent sore backs and waists.

• Included is a waist vertebra support pad piece to be attached to the middle of the waist support pad (between the fourth and fifth sections) for the best effect.

• Level the projected part of this patented waist support pad at your back vertebra and push it in the forward direction to the navel to be drawn together.

• After inhaling air, attach the waist support pad forward and adjust the loose tension allowance according to your preference.
